Born and raised in the New York City area in the late 1960s he’s been exposed to music and has a profound understanding of different genres of music from several eras. When he was younger, Effex Music admired the music his parents would listen to. After his mother passed away in the late 1970s, he became more active musically and decided to create his own signature sounds and break beats. To date, he’s successfully released three instrumental & 2 vocal EP recordings, released a host of remixes for various artists, and seven publishing deals from several agencies through ModernBeats.com, MusicXRay.com.
